Each charter comes with a skilled crew, all essential safety gear, fuel, and basic beverages. Sunset cruises have special offerings with premium drinks and small bites, whereas charters reserved for business purposes feature amenities like meeting spaces and specialized catering services.
When should I make a reservation?
To secure availability, it's best to schedule your charter 2–3 weeks prior, particularly during the busy months from May to September. For events like corporate gatherings or private parties, it's advisable to book 4–6 weeks beforehand to ensure availability and allow for personalized arrangements.
What is the protocol for unfavorable sailing conditions?
Our foremost priority is your safety. If the captain deems weather conditions unsafe, we will propose an alternative date for the charter or issue a full reimbursement. We continuously monitor the weather and will reach out to you if the forecast is uncertain 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
May I bring personal food and drinks onboard?
Certainly, guests are allowed to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages onboard. Additionally, we provide exceptional catering services that can be tailored to your preferences. Note that glass containers are prohibited aboard for safety reasons.

What does your cancellation policy entail?
A full refund is offered for cancellations made 72 hours in advance of the departure. Cancellations occurring between 24 to 72 hours before the charter are entitled to a 50% refund. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of the set departure time are non-refundable, unless due to inclement weather or mechanical issues attributable to our side.
